Celebrating 23 years of Traveling Ministry

Nathan and Brianna 1986 the year we went on the road.

Our daughter, Brianna, had just had her first birthday. It was the last day we would live in our own home for two and a half years. On October 17th, we left our comfortable little home in Forest Grove, Oregon and began a journey that would be truly amazing.

All we had was a Chevy Citation and our suitcases as Tammi, Nathan, Brianna and I officially became homeless. It wasn't long until Jesus provided a beautiful travel trailer. We moved into our new 22 foot long home and began to "live on vacation."

Daren Lindley Places in the Portland Marathon!

One of the little known facts about the Portland Marthon that I ran in yesterday was that I placed! Yes, I was thrilled to find out that I came in 6511th place! I literally beat thousands of people! Approximately 2,000! I can't tell you how thrilled I am that there were that many people who ran in this event.

Trip #124 to Alaska

I just returned from my124th trip to the amazing state of Alaska. While there I spoke at Friends Community Church and had a fantastic time. See some of My pictures below.

This picture was taken at Volkmar Lake about 125 miles South East of Fairbanks. Jeff and I flew down there in his Bellanca scout on skis We landed on the frozen lake behind me. Click below to see more pictures of this fun trip!
